Group Walk at Rock Creek Park!

10:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
All Ages Program

Need to get outside and take in a bit of nature? Join us for a quick walk in the park! We'll meet at the 2nd playground to walk the Rock Creek River Trail. Don't forget to track your steps so you can complete the May Marathon Challenge - bring an audiobook for extra credit! We'll have a Nature I-Spy for the kids, and adults can learn about our upcoming Summer Reading Program & other great resources along the way.

Preschool Storytime

10:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Youth Program

Preschool storytime is designed just for kids who are 4 – 5 years old! This storytime uses the five early literacy practices- sing, talk, read, write, and play. Each storytime features a letter, books that are a little longer and a little more complex to get us ready to sit in a classroom, and lots of fun rhymes and songs. After storytime, we play!
