Beginners and expert researchers alike are welcome! This month, learn how to use DNA & genes to uncover your ancestery.

Come by the Library to learn Knitting & Crochet Basics! We'll have patterns for you to use, or bring your own yarn to keep your project, or you can borrow some of ours to practice! We'll teach you how to get started and some basic stitches. Stick around after class for A Good Yarn Club to keep working on your project & meet fellow yarn crafters for more tips & tricks!

Calling all yarn crafters! Meet us in the Library Program Room for A Good Yarn Club! Meet fellow yarn crafters, work on your projects, or use our patterns! Need a little more instruction? Come by an hour early for Knitting & Crochet Basics Class.

Families can participate in fun outdoor activities and explore STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles while you're at it. Programs will be held at either City Park or the lawn area behind the library (weather permitting). Kiddos under 8 will need help from a grown up.

Teens in 6th – 12th grade can join us to play a life-size version of Candy Land! Let’s hope you make it all the way through the Gumdrop Mountains and Lollipop Woods without getting stuck in the Licorice Forest!
