Summer Reading is back at the Twin Falls Public Library! This year’s theme is Plant a Seed, Read, celebrating the connections between food, stories, community, nature, and learning.
A garden grows food that nourishes our bodies, and a library grows ideas that nourish our minds. Join us this summer for hands-on programs, outdoor adventures, creative workshops, family events, storytimes, games, crafts, and more.
You can participate in Summer Reading by picking up a paper log at the Library or by using the ReaderZone app. Complete reading challenges, meet your reading goals, or attend Summer Reading events for a chance to win prizes.
Adults who read 20 minutes a day or attend 4 Summer Reading events will have a chance to win small prizes. Adults who complete both challenges will also be entered for our Grand Prizes.
Kids & Teens will track their reading - if they read at least 32 days, they can come get a free book as well as a free treat from a local business, state park pass, and be entered for a Grand Prize!
Friday, June 5 from 5 to 7 PM
Join us at the Library for our Summer Reading Kickoff and second-ever How-To Fair! Stop by to learn quick skills, hobbies, tricks, and helpful tips from people in our community. It is a fun, low-pressure way to try something new and celebrate the start of Summer Reading.
Adults can participate with a paper log from the Library or by using the ReaderZone app. Use code 7311b for the Adult Reading Challenge and code c9244 for the Adult Summer Reading Event Challenge.
