Ready, Set, Kindergarten

10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Join us for Ready, Set, Kindergarten! Each week, we'll learn a new letter, learn a new kindergarten-readiness concept, and work on numbers. At the end of each session, you get to take home a "homework" sheet filled with tips and tricks to keep the learning going at home. This program is for children who will be entering kindergarten in the Fall of 2022.

Elementary Kits

4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Elementary students can stop by the Library every Wednesday for an Elementary Kit! Each week the kit will have a new game, activity, or craft. Stop by the Youth Services Desk for more information.

Library Board of Trustees Meeting

4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

The monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees is the second Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Library Board Room.

Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above-noticed meetings should contact 733-2964 ext. 401 at least two working days before the meeting.

Poetry Out Loud!

5:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Poetry Out Loud is a national poetry recitation contest that encourages 9th-12th grade students to learn about great poetry through memorization and performance. The champion will be eligible for the Remote State Semi-Finals! Participants must select a poem from the pre-selected list at poetryoutloud.org & register by January 15th! Online Game Night

6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Adults and Teens can join us for Online Game Night at 6 PM, January 19th! Join the Gaming with TFPL group on boardgamearena.com, and chat with us on Google Meet at: meet.google.com/ayc-cvhz-ist. Ask a librarian for more information.
