Toddler Time
10:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Youth ProgramToddler Time is designed for children in the 18mo to 3yo age group. We
know that this age group gets the wiggles, so there are lots of opportunities
for movement and books that are appropriate for their attention span followed
by playtime!
Adulting 101 for Teens: LIT (Learning Intuitive Techniques) for Emotions: It’s the “Confidence” for me.
6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
All Ages ProgramTeens in 6th – 12th grade, join us to learn some important life skills! This week, local therapist Lacey Haggan-Galloway will teach a mental health workshop called “LIT (Learning Intuitive Techniques) for Emotions: It’s the ‘Confidence’ for Me.” Learn how to improve emotional awareness and gain confidence in developing a secure sense of self.
Lacey Haggan-Galloway (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University, where she received the Woman of the Year award in 2015 for her work advocating for mental health and diversity. She currently works as a mental health clinician for St. Luke’s Behavioral Health Services.
Lacey is trained in Attachment Focused Psychotherapy and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. She specializes in systemic work, emphasizing connection to self, family, and community while developing skills for understanding and coping with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related stressors.
While living in Europe, South America, and the Middle East, Lacey was able to strengthen her understanding of and appreciation for human difference and similarities through human connection.
She is a mother of 2 and prides herself in being a “basketball mama.” She is an advocate for family healing and finds great pride and gratitude in opportunities to facilitate wellness in this community.
