Cooking With Sumac

Cooking With Sumac - Join us July 12th at 12 PM to learn the very basics of using the tangy spice, sumac! We’ll taste za’atar-brushed flatbread, a chickpea salad, and “sumacade,” while discovering how this seasoning appears in Middle-Eastern kitchens and North-American foraging lore. Sign-up is required.
