On May 14 at 6:30 PM, join historian and singer-songwriter Gary Eller for this special presentation of the songs and poems of early South Central Idaho. Gary is a fantastic performer who has spent years researching the songs & poems from pre-radio history and brings them back to life.

Ready, Set Kindergarten! is a program for kids who are entering kindergarten in Fall 2025.  Each week, kids will earn a new letter, a kindergarten readiness concept, work on numbers, participate in hands-on activities, and parents will receive a worksheet to take home with suggestions of activities to do with their children.

Adults and teens, join our adventure! Every other Thursday, at 5:30 PM, we meet in the Library Program Room for Dungeons & Dragons! We play using D&D 5th edition, and all skill levels are welcome. Contact CJ at crasmusson@tfpl.org for more information on how to join! Ages 13+.

Toddler Time is designed for children in the 18mo to 3yo age group. We know that this age group gets the wiggles, so there are lots of opportunities for movement and books that are appropriate for their attention span followed by playtime!

Preschool storytime is designed just for kids who are 4 – 5 years old! This storytime uses the five early literacy practices- sing, talk, read, write, and play. Each storytime features a letter, books that are a little longer and a little more complex to get us ready to sit in a classroom, and lots of fun rhymes and songs. After storytime, we play!

Join us on May 16 at 4:00pm for Elementary Book Club! This month we are reading Bunnicula by James Howe.  We'll eat snacks, do some activities, and have so much fun!
